Cross Processing - Cross-processing is developing color print or slide film in the wrong chemicals.
This is done intentionally in digital to create an artsy effect with blue/yellow tints.
Vignette Blur - The Vignette Blur soft focuses only the outer details of the image leaving the center of the picture in focus.
Soft Focus blurs the entire photo with a digital filter to create a diffused light and soften the features. Mostly used in artsy and glamour shots.
Sepia Tones - Everyone has their own idea of exactly what Sepia means. Digital Sepia is the reddish brown tint to Black & white photos. (Ex top of pg also)
Other Tints - Tints can come in different colors: Purple, Green, Pink, Blue, etc.
Black & White w/ Spot Coloring - Bleeding a color photo through a place in a Black & White photo sums this effect up perfectly.
It can also be done with Sepia tones

Black & White w/ Enhancements - Regular touch-ups to B/W photos and Silhouettes (like the photo to the right) are still very popular.
There are a variety of ways to combine all these styles to add flair to photos.
